Intern – Industrial Relations (IR) & Operations | Thalawathugoda
Location: Based in Thalawathugoda (With extensive travel to new location openings)
Are you an energetic individual looking to build a solid career in the retail industry? SPAR Sri Lanka is looking for an enthusiastic Intern to join our Industrial Relations (IR) team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to travel, work on the ground, and gain invaluable hands-on experience in new supermarket branch openings.
Key Responsibilities & Opportunities:
- Assist the IR team with ground-level operations and employee relations.
- Travel to newly launching SPAR locations and assist in pre-opening activities.
- Gain a comprehensive, fast-paced exposure to the modern retail supermarket industry.
Requirements:
- Undergraduates or Diploma holders in Human Resources, Business Management, Law, or any related field.
- A strong willingness to travel frequently to various branch locations.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
