Assistant Digital Ad Manager

As the tour slate grows across ANZ, North America, and the India/Sri Lanka pilot, this role exists to give the Senior Digital Ad Manager day-to-day operational support: building and monitoring campaigns, tracking daily spend and ticket-sales performance, and freeing them up for higher-level strategy and new-market testing.
What You'll Do
- Build, launch, and monitor paid social campaigns (Meta primarily) under the Senior Digital Ad Manager's direction, across multiple concurrent tours and cities.
- Track daily ad spend against the ticket sales tracker, flagging underperforming cities or campaigns early.
- Maintain and update creative rotations, audience segments, and budget allocations as directed by the Senior Digital Ad Manager.
- Prepare weekly performance summaries (spend, CPA, ticket conversions) by tour and by city.
- Support ad hoc testing (new audiences, new creative formats, new markets such as India/Sri Lanka pilot campaigns).
- Ensure correct GST/Meta Australia expense coding is flagged where relevant.
What We're Looking For
- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Ads Manager), ideally for ticketed events, e-commerce, or DTC brands.
- Comfortable working with spend trackers and basic reporting in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Detail-oriented and responsive: this role needs to catch underperformance daily, not weekly.
- Available full-time, with flexibility to align with ANZ and North America campaign schedules.
