Ticket Sales & Outreach Specialist

This role exists to convert that unsold inventory into revenue through direct, personalised outreach on Instagram, targeting people who have already shown interest (engaged with event posts, followed related pages, commented on tour announcements) rather than cold audiences.
What You'll Do
- Manage outreach through the Thinkable Instagram account, DMing warm prospects (people who have engaged with tour content) about remaining tickets.
- Offer a toolkit of incentives within an approved budget: free seat upgrades, free books or merchandise, and group discount codes.
- Track every conversation and conversion using a unique code or link per contact, so results are measurable, not anecdotal.
- Coordinate with the team on brand voice and messaging templates, and avoid overlapping or conflicting offers.
- Report weekly on outreach volume, conversion rate, and tickets sold, by city and by tour.
- Cover all current and upcoming ANZ and North America tours except Jefferson Fisher, which is sold out.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written English and a natural, non-pushy conversational tone on social media.
- Comfort with sales conversations and objection handling, ideally with some background in social selling, hospitality upselling, or customer engagement.
- Organised and metrics-driven: comfortable keeping a simple tracker of every contact and outcome.
- Available full-time, with flexibility to align working hours with ANZ and North America time zones as needed.
