We are seeking a trustworthy, responsible and proactive Resident Caretaker to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, security and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Car Park Management
- Manage and coordinate guest and staff parking during daily operational hours.
- Ensure smooth vehicle movement and maintain an organized parking area.
Property Maintenance
- Perform light gardening, outdoor cleaning and general property maintenance.
- Carry out light housekeeping duties during the morning and evening to keep the premises clean and welcoming.
Premises Security
- Reside on-site and oversee the safety and security of the property during non-operational hours.
- Act as the overnight point of contact for any property-related matters.
Requirements
Eligibility
- Applicants must be 55 years of age or older.
Personal Qualities
- Honest, trustworthy and highly responsible.
- Physically fit and able to perform light maintenance and cleaning duties.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Friendly and professional when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, caretaking, property maintenance or hospitality is an added advantage.
