ප්රධාන වගකීම් අතරට ඇතුළත් වන්නේ:
- IP CCTV පද්ධති සහ අදාළ උපකරණ නඩත්තු කිරීම සහ දෝශ නිරාකරණය කිරීම.
- ආරක්ෂක පද්ධතිවලට අදාළ ජාලකරණ ගැටළු හඳුනාගෙන අලුත්වැඩියා කිරීම.
- ප්රශස්ත පද්ධති ක්රියාකාරිත්වය සහතික කිරීම සඳහා නිතිපතා නඩත්තු පරීක්ෂාවන් සිදු කිරීම.
- ජාල වින්යාස කිරීම් සහ පද්ධති ඒකාබද්ධ කිරීම් කළමනාකරණය කිරීම.
- තාක්ෂණික ගැටළු කඩිනමින් විසඳීම සඳහා සේවාදායකයින් සහ අභ්යන්තර කණ්ඩායම් සමඟ සම්බන්ධීකරණය කිරීම.
- නඩත්තු කිරීම සහ අලුත්වැඩියා කිරීම පිළිබඳ නිවැරදි වාර්තා පවත්වා ගැනීම.
- සියලුම වැඩ කටයුතු ආරක්ෂාව සහ මෙහෙයුම් ප්රමිතීන්ට අනුකූල බව සහතික කිරීම.
වෘත්තීය සුදුසුකම් සහ පළපුරුද්ද
- ඉලෙක්ට්රොනික, ජාලකරණය හෝ අදාළ තාක්ෂණික ක්ෂේත්රයක NVQ, ඩිප්ලෝමාව හෝ සහතිකය.
- CCTV (IP කැමරා) පද්ධති සහ ජාලකරණය පිළිබඳ අවම වශයෙන් අවුරුදු 1-2 ක ප්රායෝගික පළපුරුද්ද.
- ජාල වින්යාසයන්, IP ලිපිනකරණය සහ පද්ධති ඒකාබද්ධ කිරීම පිළිබඳ දැනුම.
- තාක්ෂණික දෝෂ ඉක්මනින් හා ඵලදායී ලෙස හඳුනාගෙන අලුත්වැඩියා කිරීමේ හැකියාව.
- ආරක්ෂක පද්ධති මෘදුකාංග සහ දෘඩාංග දෝශ නිරාකරණය පිළිබඳ හුරුපුරුදුකම.
- වලංගු පැදීමේ/රියදුරු බලපත්රයක් තිබීම අමතර වාසියක් වනු ඇත.
- සිංහල සහ ඉංග්රීසි භාෂාවෙන් හොඳ සන්නිවේදන කුසලතා.
- ස්වාධීනව වැඩ කිරීමට සහ කාලය ඵලදායී ලෙස කළමනාකරණය කිරීමට ඇති හැකියාව.

The Person We Are Looking For....
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Officer with strong expertise in CCTV (IP Camera) systems and networking to join our team that provides services at a client location in Seeduwa.
Preference will be given to candidates residing within a 25km radius of Seeduwa (Dankotuwa, Negombo, Gampaha, Wattala areas). This role plays a vital part in maintaining our technical integrity and supporting our continued success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of IP CCTV systems and related equipment.
- Diagnose and repair networking issues related to security systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Manage network configurations and system integrations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve technical concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and operational standards.
Professional Qualifications & Experience Required
- NVQ, Diploma or certificate in Electronics, Networking, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with CCTV (IP Camera) systems and networking.
- Knowledge of network configurations, IP addressing, and system integration.
- Ability to diagnose and repair technical faults quickly and effectively.
- Familiarity with security system software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Possession of a valid riding/driving license will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
