Team Leader - Town Storming
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Team Leader Town Storming is responsible for planning, leading, and executing PAYable's high-intensity merchant acquisition activities across selected high-density commercial zones. This role is accountable for the successful execution of monthly Town Storming plans, maximizing merchant acquisition productivity, driving deployment volumes, and maintaining strong quality and collections performance across the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute 12 Town Storming activities per month.
- Drive team performance against acquisition and deployment targets.
- Ensure aggressive merchant acquisition during storming activities.
- Maintain high documentation quality and approval rates.
- Coordinate with Back Office, Bank, Deployment, and Finance teams.
- Lead daily field execution in high-density merchant zones.
- Monitor team pipeline through Mastercore.
- Conduct field coaching and performance reviews.
- Drive collections performance across the team.
- Ensure timely escalation of operational issues.
