Executive - Spare parts | Colombo
We are a fast-growing organization in the electric vehicle (EV) industry, committed to delivering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Spare Parts to manage spare parts operations and ensure excellent after-sales support for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement, inventory, storage, and distribution of EV spare parts.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure the timely availability of fast-moving and critical parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for parts ordering, shipment tracking, and warranty claims.
- Process customer and workshop spare parts requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the ERP/inventory management system.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure uninterrupted workshop operations.
- Prepare inventory, consumption, and reorder reports for management.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of spare parts in accordance with company standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in spare parts, inventory management, warehouse operations, or the automotive industry.
- Experience with electric vehicle spare parts will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory management systems.
- Experience in handling counter-sales
