As a Marketer, you’ll get the opportunity to work with one of Sri Lanka’s fastest growing startup teams and play an important part in the growth and trajectory of the business. What you’ll be doing:
- You will be approaching Residential, Apartment, Corporate & B2B clients
- You will be creating social media contents on a regular basis
- You will be cold calling, emailing, engaging with and developing prospects in order to convert enquiries into qualified clients
- You will document, track and monitor all your activity in a CRM system
- You will be one of the key drivers to deploy a successful sales and marketing strategies and processes and iterate to improve metrics continuously.
- You will manage the entire sales funnel - from a first call or meeting to a successful onboarding and ongoing support.
- You will represent our company in relevant online and offline domains.
- You will build up a strong understanding about trends, customer needs and information.
- You will ensure a high customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
- You will provide appropriate metrics, forecasts and reports in order to analyze and evaluate the results of your sales and campaigns.
- You will give feedback and manage commercial team’s tech development needs

What you’ll need:
- Preference will be given to those who possess part qualification in CIM or a relevant Marketing qualification from a recognized institution.
- 2+ years in a business development role/sales or relevant role
- Should be target orient and commitment to achieving targets.
- A keen interest and understanding in marketing
- Revenue driven mindset – highly numerical
- Should have excellent communication skills both oral and written and must be computer literate.
- English language is compulsory
- An entrepreneurial approach to assessing new and emerging revenue streams
- An efficient team player and ability to work under minimum supervision
- Must have a ‘can-do’ attitude, a desire to learn and the willingness to do whatever is required
- Ability to work with diverse group of technical and operational co-workers
- Proactive, reliable and with an attention to detail
