Account Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer-level budgeted sales, and maintain customer relationships and retention.
- Work with New Zealand customers and the SAS Sport sales team to process their apparel orders on time and efficiently, while adhering to the given margins.
- Work with cross-functional teams in New Zealand and Sri Lanka (Design, Sales, Merchandising, Product Development and Production) to arrange and fulfill customer requirements.
- Understand customer requirements and market volatility to provide unmatched customer service solutions to our New Zealand clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Merchandiser in the apparel field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Results driven and proactive approach.
