General Manager - Pharmaceuticals
P.T.C. Medical (Pvt) Ltd, a leading pharmaceutical importer and distributor representing internationally reputed manufacturers, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Pharmaceutical Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regulatory affairs and product registration activities with NMRA, NMQAL and other regulatory authorities.
- Obtain, maintain, and renew all necessary approvals and registrations.
- Liaise with international principals and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement business, marketing, and growth strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
- Drive sales growth, business development, and strategic partnerships.
- Provide market insights, forecasting, and strategic recommendations.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Drive all teams in the Division to achieve corporate objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the industry in similar capacity is mandatory.
- Strong working relationships with institutions in the Healthcare industry is mandatory.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
