Store Manager
Responsibilities
- Drive customer service excellence across all store aspects, including appearance, merchandise display, product placement, layout, and sales procedures.
- Achieve store sales goals and targets by maximizing sales, increasing profit, reviewing performance, managing expenses, and controlling inventory.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, providing regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Schedule and coordinate daily staffing needs.
- Ensure store compliance with safety policies, health regulations, and local laws.
- Complete administrative tasks to support smooth store operations, including submitting paperwork, preparing reports, and monitoring sales and cash receipts.
- Oversee stock levels and conduct regular quality checks on merchandise.
Qualification
- Minimum requirement: Graduate with any specialization.
- 5 + years of Retail sales experience required with minimum 3 years as a Asst Manager/ Manager
- Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, evaluating candidates, and assessing employee performance.
- Basic retail math skills for order completion, inventory calculation, and cash management.
- Ability to give clear directions and set staff expectations.
- Expert user of MS Office tools, Specializing in MS Excel
- Proven ability to lead by example.
