Responsibilities
- Supervise workshop technicians and ensure efficient workflow.
- Allocate jobs and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
- Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to company and KIA standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff.
- Coordinate with service advisors and management regarding job status and customer requirements.
- Prepare repair estimate and parts quotations based on customer inquires.
- Plan and organize daily and weekly work schedules.
Requirements
- A diploma in Automobile or trade certificate from a recognized technical college (CGTTI/ATI).
- 5+ years as a Foreman
- Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and software
- Quality conscious and dedicated.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time.
- Leadership and team management skills (for Foreman role)
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Age below 50.
- Preference will be given to candidates who reside near Kurunegala
