Visa Consultant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Visa Consultant to guide our clients through the visa application process. You will be responsible for assessing eligibility, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between travelers and embassies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate client visa eligibility for various global destinations.
- Guide clients in accurately completing application forms and gathering required supporting documents.
- Review submissions to minimize the risk of visa rejections.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, embassies, and consulates.
- Stay updated on changing immigration laws and travel restrictions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in visa processing or travel consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of documentation requirements for popular destinations (Schengen, UK, USA, Middle East, and Asia).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala, and/or Tamil.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
