ප්රධාන වගකීම්
- බෙදා හැරීම සඳහා පැකේජ පැටවීම සහ බෑම සඳහා සහාය වීම.
- බෙදා හැරීම් අතරතුර රියදුරන්ට සහාය වීම සහ ගනුදෙනුකරුවන්ට කාලෝචිත පැමිණීම් සහතික කිරීමට උපකාරී වීම.
- ඉන්වොයිස් වලට එරෙහිව බෙදාහැරීමේ අයිතම සත්යාපනය කිරීම සහ නිවැරදි බෙදාහැරීමේ වාර්තා පවත්වා ගැනීම.
- මූලික වාහන පරීක්ෂාවන් සිදු කරන්න (උදා: ටයර් පීඩනය, පිරිසිදුකම).

- මූලික ඉංග්රීසි කුසලතා - සරල උපදෙස් සහ පෝරම කියවීමට සහ ලිවීමට හැකියාව ඇත.
- ආචාරශීලී, ආචාරශීලී සහ වෘත්තීය හැසිරීම - ශක්තිමත් අන්තර් පුද්ගල කුසලතා.
- විශ්වාසදායක, වෙලාවට වැඩ කරන සහ හොඳින් සංවිධානය වූ - ස්වාධීනව සහ කණ්ඩායමක කොටසක් ලෙස වැඩ කිරීමට හැකියාව ඇත.
- පැකේජ ආරක්ෂිතව එසවීමට සහ හැසිරවීමට භෞතිකව හැකියාව ඇත.

join our team and support our delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading packages for delivery.
- Support drivers during deliveries and help ensure timely arrivals to customers.
- Verify delivery items against invoices and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Perform basic vehicle checks (e.g., tire pressure, cleanliness).
- Communicate politely and professionally with customers and dispatch.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and report any issues promptly.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid driving license (Sri Lankan LMV or appropriate category).
- Basic English skills – able to read and write simple instructions and forms.
- Polite, courteous, and professional demeanor – strong interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized – able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically able to lift and handle packages safely.
Preferred Qualities
- Prior experience in delivery, customer service, or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with Colombo roads and navigation aided by GPS.
- Basic knowledge of health & safety protocols in handling packages.
