Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily showroom operations
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory, cash handling, and reporting
- Maintain showroom standards and coordinate with Head Office
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail or showroom management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to relocate or work in different areas of Sri Lanka
