Job Role
- Assist in Maintaining and Implementing Brcgs and Fssc 22000 Quality Management Systems.
- Supervise Daily Quality Control Activities and Production Hygiene Practices.
- Handle Internal and External Audits and Ensure Corrective Actions Are Implemented.
- Monitor Product Quality, Food Safety Standards, and Documentation Processes.
- Train and Guide Qa Staff to Maintain Continuous Quality Improvement.
Qualifications:
- Age Between 35-45 Years.
- Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Quality Assurance (Preferably in Seafood or Food Manufacturing Industry).
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Management, or a Related Field.
- Strong Knowledge of Food Safety Standards and Export Requirements.
- Good Leadership and Communication Skills.
