රැකියා සුදුසුකම්:
- ජපන් භාෂාව පිළිබඳ උපාධියක් ලබාගෙන තිබීම (Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Japanese, BA(Hons) in Japanese වැනි)
ඉගැන්වීමේ පළපුරුද්ද:
- විවිධ වයස් කාණ්ඩවල සිසුන් සඳහා ජපන් භාෂාව උගන්වා අත්දැකීම් තිබීම. lroDori Japanese for life පෙළ පොත් උගන්වා තිබීම.
- ශක්තිමත් සන්නිවේදන හැකියාවන්.
- සිසුන් සමඟ යහපත් සබඳතා පවත්වාගෙන යාමේ හැකියාව.
- ඉවසීමෙන්, අවබෝධයෙන් හා සන්සුන්ව සිසුන්ව හැසිරවීමේ හැකියාව.
භාෂා පළපුරුද්ද:
- ජපන් භාෂාවේ විශිෂ්ට දැනුමක් තිබිය යුතුය. (කියවීම, ලිවීම සහ කතා කිරීම). N3 හෝ ඉහළ ජපන් භාෂා ප්රවීණතාවය තිබීම. JLPT N3 සහ ඉහළ).
- භෞතික පන්ති පැවත්වීමේ හැකියාව තිබිය යුතුය.
- සිසුන්ගේ ඉගෙනීමේ වේගය සහ අවශ්යතා අනුව පාඨමාලා මූලිකාංග වෙනස් කර ඉගැන්වීමේ හැකියාව.

We are looking to recruit qualified and experienced individuals to join our Kandy branch as a Japanese Language Lecturer. Your main responsibilities will be to provide expert Japanese language training, provide high-quality language tutoring and help students achieve their educational and career goals.
Job Qualifications:
- A degree in Japanese (Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Japanese, BA(Hons) in Japanese etc.)
Teaching Experience:
- Experience teaching Japanese to students of various age groups.
- Have taught the "lroDori Japanese for Life" textbook.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to maintain good relationships with students.
- Ability to handle students with patience, understanding and calmness.
Language Experience:
- Must have excellent knowledge of Japanese. (Reading, writing and speaking).
- Japanese language proficiency N3 or higher. (JLPT N3 and above).
- Must have the ability to conduct physical classes.
- Ability to adapt and teach course elements according to the learning pace and needs of students.
