ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Counsel students on international education pathways and career opportunities.
- Guide students through university applications, admissions, and visa processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
- Achieve enrolment targets and contribute to team performance.
- Ensure a seamless student journey from inquiry to enrollment.
TRAINEE STUDENT COUNSELLOR
- Ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Passion for education and student engagement.
STUDENT COUNSELLOR
- 2-3 years of experience in international student recruitment/admissions.
- Good understanding of university applications and visa processes.
- Ability to counsel and convert student leads effectively.
SENIOR STUDENT COUNSELLOR
- 3+ years of experience in international education counselling.
- Very strong track record in student conversions and achieving targets.
- Ability to develop a strong and positive relationship with overseas universities and partner institutes.
- Advanced knowledge of admissions, visa processes.
REQUIREMENTS (ALL LEVELS)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good teamwork and computer literacy.
- Fluency in English, Singhala/ Tamil.
