Outlet Assistant Manager
General Minimum Requirements:
- Age between 18-45 years.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry.
- At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role (café, restaurant, or quick-service outlet).
- Hands-on knowledge of café operations (coffee preparation, food handling, service standards, POS systems, inventory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for teamwork.
