Post of Executive – Human Resources (Male)
- Degree in Management (HR and Administration) from a recognized University or a professional qualification (Diploma) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 03 years’ experience in similar capacity.
- The ability to work under minimum supervision and capability to perform under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Both oral & written)
- Competency in MS office.
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Age below 35yrs
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to work in a team based environment and maintain all confidential information
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Timely arrangement of suitable recruitments according to the need of the organization
- Personal files/ payroll/ Attendance/Leave/Evaluations
- Training and Development
- Residing close proximity to Kaluthara/Panadura/Moratuwa would be considered as an added advantage.
