KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across Foundation to Master's level programs in areas such as Research, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, and Management.
- Develop and update course content aligned with global academic and industry standards.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
- Conduct and publish scholarly research in peer-reviewed journals.
- Contribute to curriculum design, academic quality assurance, and accreditation processes.
- Mentor junior faculty and support staff development.
- Participate in academic administration, assessments, and departmental activities.
- Perform duties assigned by the Head of Department or Management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- A PhD in Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized university or accredited higher education institution.
- A relevant master's degree or MPhil, along with a corresponding bachelor's degree, is mandatory for consideration.
- Preferably under 45 years of age.
- Minimum 7 years of academic experience, with a proven record of lecturing across multiple academic levels.
- Demonstrated experience in research supervision and academic advising.
- Prior experience in delivering programs affiliated with international universities is an advantage.
- Exposure to curriculum design, module leadership, and quality assurance processes.
