Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a results-driven and organized Sales Coordinator to support and drive the sales initiatives at Medacc (Pvt) Ltd. If you have a strong background in medical sales coordination and a passion for supporting high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual sales targets and support team objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive new business.
- Execute sales strategies and oversee processes from lead generation to closure.
- Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and provide strategic input.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven leadership and team collaboration.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and act on sales data.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Sales/Marketing or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the commercial and medical (Surgical) sector.
- Experience in the hospital (Surgical, Neuro & Spine) sector is a strong plus.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and team coordination.
