Job Profile
- Handing all Civil matters in recovery action.
- Handling recovery related work such as attending courts for cases where the company is a party.
- Responsible to follow up on actions in assigned areas and following up in recovery cases.
- Responsible for all matters in courts.
- Advising the company on all legal related matters.
Personal and Skills Profile
- Candidate with at least 04-05 years’ active practice as a lawyer / legal officer in civil litigation being an instructing attorney.
- He /She should have a proper understanding in all money recovery Cases, MB and DDR.
- Priority goes to lawyers who has the capacity / experience in counselling defense /claim cases against the company
- Experience in Criminal courts such as Magistrate Courts and High Courts is an added advantage.
