One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia, a well-established Italian restaurant, is looking for experienced CDP Chefs (Chef de Partie) to join their team immediately.
SALARY: SAR 3,000 – 3,500
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section efficiently.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and portion control of all dishes.
- Assist in menu preparation and daily food production planning.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage.
- Support Sous Chefs and Head Chefs in daily kitchen operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Sri Lankan nationality.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a CDP Chef or in a similar role.
- Gulf experience in an Italian restaurant is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage a kitchen section.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Working Hours: 11 hours duty per day
- 4 days off per month
- Fixed overtime included in salary

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
