One of our reputed clients in Saudi Arabia, a well-established Restaurant Chain, is urgently seeking experienced Head Chefs specializing in Sri Lankan and Western cuisine to lead kitchen operations.
SALARY: SAR 2,800
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and prepare Sri Lankan and Western dishes with high quality and consistency.
- Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily operations.
- Develop menus, control portions, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef.
- Expertise in Sri Lankan and Western cuisine.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
