This is a sales-focused role involving regular calls and WhatsApp follow-ups with prospective students and parents, explaining programmes and converting enquiries into registrations. The role also supports social media, events and promotional activities.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Respond to enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and social media.
- Explain courses, fees and registration procedures.
- Convert enquiries into student registrations.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Work towards monthly enrolment targets.
- Support social media campaigns, events and school promotions.
Requirements
- Confident communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making regular outbound calls.
- Good Sinhala and English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Sales or student recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with internship experience may apply.
