CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE

Quantum Fitness is a leading fitness equipment provider in the country for more than two decades. Quantum is the agent in Sri Lanka for world-renowned fitness brands such as NordicTrack, Proform, Freemotion, Impulse & more.
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls for the call centre.
- Maintain and update records to the after-sales system
- Coordinate with team members in work-related tasks
Requirements
- Age below 30 years. Female
- Ability to work independently.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills with fluency in English & Sinhala
- Computer Literacy (Proficiency in MS Office, E-mail & Etc.)
- •Work Experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
