Sales Manager | Colombo
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for business development and marketing? Join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our partnerships with hotels, travel agents, corporate clients, and event organizers while driving innovative marketing campaigns.
Location: Colombo (Field travel across Colombo)
Employment Type: Full-time (Office + Field)
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: Approximately LKR 70,000 + Performance Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage partnerships with hotels, corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
- Secure new contracts for airport transfers, vehicle hires, and chauffeur services.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate invoicing and receivables.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns and referral promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI.
- Supervise field promotions, including leaflet distribution and promotional stalls.
- Train, motivate, and manage field promotion teams.
- Set performance targets and ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly progress reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or taxi industry is an advantage.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing hotel or corporate accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM systems, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp.
- Willingness to travel within Colombo and lead field teams.
