Credit Verification Reviewer
We are a fast-growing online lending company in Sri Lanka and are looking for a Credit Verification to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Review loan applications and check customer information
- Verify customer identity (NIC, photos, documents)
- Check income, job details, and repayment ability
- Approve / reject / refer applications based on company rules
- Identify suspicious or fraudulent applications
- Record all decisions in the system accurately
Requirements
- Experience in loan verification, credit,KYC, or call centre operations preferred
- Experience in lending, microfinance, micro lending or financial services an advantage
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and handle daily application volume
- Basic understanding of loans and repayment behaviour
- Sinhala or Tamil required, English is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
