Executive - Purchasing and Administration (Peliyagoda)
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily service operations, ensuring departmental efficiency and profitability, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting the continued growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company's local purchasing operation.
- Sales and general Administration Role - Sales/business/back office admin support to the team, document delivery and collection from HO and various institutions, IT support/coordination, mobile/SIM management, CAPEX processing, facility management and security, staff welfare, vehicle fleet and fuel management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Good secondary education with a minimum of three passes at the G.C.E. A/L Examination.
- Certificate/Diploma in technical education/business or a related field would be an added advantage.
- Part qualification in supply chain/Logistics management is also a plus.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala languages.
- Good experience in PC based environment, MS Office, SAP/ERP is plus.
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Purchasing/Logistics/Admin Executive in a commercial establishment is a must.
- Ability to ride a Motor Cycle is a must with a valid driving/riding license.
- Good team player and a problem solver. Honest, self-motivated person.
- Resident around Kelaniya would be an added advantage.
