Senior Manager - Programme Management Office

We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented individual to join our team as Senior Manager/ Programme Management Office.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establishing, leading, and continuously enhancing the Programme Management Office (PMO) framework, governance structures, methodologies, policies, and reporting mechanisms to support organizational objectives.
- Translating institutional strategic priorities into executable programmes and overseeing the delivery of strategic projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and intended outcomes.
- Monitoring and evaluating programme and project portfolio performance through KPIs, dashboards, governance reviews, and risk management practices while recommending improvements and corrective actions where necessary.
- Collaborating with senior leadership, faculties, administrative divisions, and external stakeholders to drive programme success, stakeholder engagement, and organizational alignment.
- Facilitating governance forums and providing timely updates on programme progress, risks, key decisions, resource utilization, budgets, and benefits realization to executive management and board-level committees.
- Driving institutional transformation and continuous improvement initiatives by promoting structured change management, cross-functional collaboration, accountability, and best practices in programme governance and delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and a Masters degree Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, or a related field or a professional certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, Agile, Scrum).
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant overall work experience, out of which three 03 years in a manager capacity, or one year in a senior manager capacity in a reputed organization.
- Proven track record of driving execution, delivering measurable outcomes, and managing multiple stakeholders in a complex organizational environment.
