Job Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud services.
- Manage network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPNs, and internet connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end users.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and security events.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software licensing records.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance and support.
- Ensure business continuity through backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Prepare and maintain IT documentation, policies, and technical reports.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Systems Administration.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, networking (TCP/IP, VLANS, VPN, DNS, DHCP), firewall administration (Fortinet preferred), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), backup and disaster recovery, endpoint security and Antivirus solutions, and hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail with strong documentation and time management skills.
