Supervisor (AC Installation) | Negombo

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections to assess requirements and prepare installation plans
- Supervise and monitor daily AC installation activities and teams
- Coordinate installation schedules with teams and customers
- Ensure installations meet company quality and technical standards
- Provide technical guidance to installation technicians
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and system performance checks
- Ensure proper handover of completed installations to customers
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Maintain safety, quality, and service standards throughout all installations
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an AC Installation Senior Technician
- NVQ Level 3/4 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent
- Strong hands-on experience in AC installation, quality standards, site coordination, troubleshooting, and testing & commissioning
- Ability to supervise and guide installation teams
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Capability to manage daily installation activities and team performance
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- Own motorbike required
- Preference will be given to candidates from Negombo and surrounding areas
