ABOUT THE ROLE
Join Our Fashion Apparel Development Team And Help Bring Creative Garment Concepts To Life With Precision, Technical Skill, And Attention To Detail. We Are Looking For A Talented Pattern Maker With Strong Knowledge Of Garment Construction, Fit, Measurements, And Pattern Development To Support High-Quality Fashion Clothing Production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create accurate first patterns based on design specifications
- Develop size sets, grading, and production-ready patterns
- Prepare markers and optimize fabric utilization efficiently
- Work closely with design, sampling, and production teams
- Review fit samples and make pattern corrections as needed
- Ensure garment measurements, balance, and construction details are correct
- Support development of woven, knit, corporate wear, and activewear styles
- Understand fabric type before starting the pattern, including stretch, shrinkage, drape, thickness, and garment behavior
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in pattern making, preferably in fashion or apparel production.
- Proficiency in pattern-making software such as Tuka/ Clo3D.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and marker making.
- Ability to adjust patterns for different sizes and body types.
- High attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work with woven, knit, stretch, non-stretch, lightweight, and structured fabrics
