Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Assist in coordinating interviews and walk-in hiring events
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Assist in training & development programs
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks
Requirements
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in HRM / Business Administration / Management
- Strong interest in Human Resources
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
