අවශ්යතා
- NVQ මට්ටම 4 / යාන්ත්රික, විදුලි හෝ මෙකට්රොනික්ස් ඉංජිනේරු විද්යාව පිළිබඳ ඩිප්ලෝමාව (හෝ ඊට සමාන සුදුසුකම්)
- නිෂ්පාදන පරිසරයක අදාළ තාක්ෂණික පළපුරුද්ද වසර 1-2 (ශක්තිමත් තාක්ෂණික කුසලතා ඇති නවකයන්ට අදාළ විය හැකිය)
- යාන්ත්රික සහ විදුලි පද්ධති පිළිබඳ මූලික දැනුම
- ශක්තිමත් ගැටළු විසඳීමේ සහ දෝශ නිරාකරණ හැකියාවන්

Responsibilities
- Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and equipment
- Support daily operations to ensure uninterrupted production
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
- Work with electrical, mechanical, and utility systems as required
- Maintain equipment records and service reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Requirements
- NVQ Level 4 / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
- 1-2 years of relevant technical experience in a manufacturing environment (freshers with strong technical skills may apply)
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Willingness to work shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
