Junior Executive / Executive - Operations | Fintrex Signature (Colombo 03) and Kurunegala Branch

As a Junior Executive / Executive - Operations, you will be responsible for verifying leasing facilities through detailed file and documentation reviews, managing first rental follow-ups, and coordinating closely with branches. You will also support recovery follow-ups for approved facilities in collaboration with Marketing and Recovery teams, handle branch coordination for pending files and activations, and prepare and maintain MIS and follow-up reports using MS Excel. You will report directly to the Regional Manager and be part of a dynamic team within the Non-Banking Financial Services sector. THE JOB ROLE
- Verify leasing facilities, including thorough file and documentation review.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on first rental collections and coordinate with respective Branches.
- Liaise with branches on pending files, activations, and operational matters.
- Prepare, update, and maintain MIS and follow-up reports using MS Excel.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and regional performance.
- Perform recovery follow-ups for approved facilities in collaboration with branch Marketing and Recovery teams.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Experience in the Banking or Finance industry would be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
