THE ROLE
You'll be the primary point of contact connecting our customers around the world with our manufacturing, operations, and service teams across the UK, USA, and Sri Lanka, owning the experience from order to delivery.
- Oversee and execute daily sales administration operations to support business objectives.
- Manage customer order processing and ensure seamless order fulfilment across the supply chain.
- Deliver exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and coordinating sales-related requirements.
- Generate analytical sales reports and maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery timelines and service efficiency.
- Administer and maintain customer information within ERP/SAP systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Contribute to sales planning initiatives and drive operational excellence through process optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in STEM or Business Management is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfort with ERP/SAP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
