Senior Banking Officer - Card Products
Job Responsibilities
- Assist to develop and execute robust product strategies for debit, credit and prepaid cards.
- Assist in the end-to-end launch of new card products and enhancements.
- Monitor and optimize portfolio performance, profitability and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, including card schemes.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal policies
The Person
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking out of which 3 years with demonstrable involvement in Payment Card product management within Banking / Financial services.
- Full or partially completed degree in Management / Professional qualification or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institution.
- In-depth knowledge of payment networks, industry trends and product lifecycle management.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for stakeholder management.
