REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Passed G.C.E. O/L examination with 6 subjects in one sitting including Mathematics
- G.C.E Advanced Level (A/L) will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 02 years of relevant work experience
- Completed or currently following a professional qualification (CIM/SLIM) will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Sinhala / Tamil with a basic conversational knowledge of English
- Basic Computer awareness in MS Office including MS Excel
- Willingness to learn and improve continuously
- Have an excellent customer service and follow-up skills
- Pleasant communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute positively to the work environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
