Facility Coordinator - Colombo & Gampaha

- Achieve timely management of cleaning tasks at the R&D center, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
- Maintain on-time completion rate for all service requests from R&D staff.
- Strive for zero lost time injuries within the year.
- Optimize staff schedules to achieve higher efficiency ratio by reducing idle time and enhancing productivity.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Age between 40 to 50 years
- Experience working in Research & Development centers or the hotel sector is an added advantage
- Proven track record in facility coordination, safety, and staff management
