As an Executive - Recoveries, you will be responsible for managing an assigned debtor portfolio efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. You will work towards achieving monthly collection and impairment targets, support recovery operations through team collaboration, and handle inbound customer service calls by providing timely and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the company's brand image. You will report directly to the Cluster Recovery Head and be part of a dynamic team of professionals in the Non-Banking Financial Services sector. THE JOB ROLE
- Manage the assigned debtor portfolio in an efficient and effective manner, utilizing industry's best practices and strategies to minimize losses.
- Adhere to the defined norms and guidelines set by the company, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory ensuring compliance with legal an requirements.
- Drive towards monthly targets on collection and impairment, contributing to the overall collection target of the company.
- Collaborate and coordinate with team members to administer all recovery-related tasks, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Handle inbound customer service calls, addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction & maintaining a positive brand image.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field from a recognized university or institute.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar job role is required.
- Basic understanding of the vehicle market.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service.
- Possess a valid riding license.
