Navigeto Travels is a fast-growing inbound tour operator in Sri Lanka, working closely with international travel partners across India, Middle East, Europe, USA & Israel. We specialize in FIT, Group Tours, MICE, Luxury & Special Interest Tours, delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end inbound tour operations (FIT, Groups, MICE & Incentives).
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and vendors.
- Handle B2B operations, confirmations, rooming lists, vouchers & tour files.
- Oversee on-ground operations, guest handling & crisis management.
- Lead and manage the operations team with strong follow-ups.
- Ensure cost control, service quality, and timely execution.
- Maintain excellent communication with overseas agents.
- Use WhatsApp & digital tools for real-time tour coordination.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 5+ years proven experience in Inbound Tour Operations in Sri Lanka.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka destinations, hotels & routing.
- Experience handling high-end groups, MICE & luxury travelers preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, coordination & problem-solving skills.
- Strong command of English (additional languages an advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tours simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office & tour operation software.
