Manager / Assistant Manager – Supply Chain - KSPA Accessories | Seeduwa
KSPA Accessories, part of the Anunine Group, is embarking on an exciting new venture in foam mattress manufacturing. As we build this operation from the ground up, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Supply Chain professional to lead and establish the end-to-end supply chain function.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of procurement, global sourcing, imports, planning, and inventory management in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
Role Summary
As the Manager / Assistant Manager – Supply Chain, you will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain function, including raw material sourcing (local & global), import operations, MRP planning, inventory optimization, and procurement execution.
You will play a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted material supply, optimizing costs, managing high container volumes, and aligning supply chain operations with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic sourcing for raw materials (foam chemicals, fabrics, packaging, etc.) and indirect categories
- Lead global sourcing initiatives and manage international supplier relationships
- Oversee import operations, including shipping, documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination
- Manage high-volume container movements, ensuring cost efficiency and minimal delays
- Establish and manage Material Requirement Planning (MRP) aligned with production and demand forecasts
- Drive inventory planning and optimization to balance availability and working capital
- Oversee end-to-end procurement operations (PR-to-PO, supplier coordination, delivery tracking)
- Develop and monitor supplier performance and ensure continuous improvement
- Analyze spend, market trends, and supply risks to drive cost optimization and value creation
- Collaborate closely with production, finance, and group procurement teams
- Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and digitalization initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in procurement, supply chain, and import operations within a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on exposure to MRP, inventory management, and supplier negotiations
- Good understanding of international trade (Incoterms), logistics, and customs procedures
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership in a startup-like environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Manager Level: 5–7 years of experience (with leadership exposure)
- Assistant Manager Level: 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Professional qualifications (CIPS/ISMM) will be an added advantage
