KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PROCUREMENT & SOURCING
- Support procurement and sourcing activities for raw materials, spare parts and operational requirements.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate inventory planning and stock control to ensure optimum inventory levels.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
LOGISTICS COORDINATION
- Support logistics and transportation operations for inbound and outbound materials.
REPORTING & ANALYSIS
- Prepare SCM reports, forecasts and operational analysis for management review.
COMPLIANCE
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and operational procedures.
CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, finance, and procurement teams for smooth operations.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
- Assist in implementing ERP/SCM systems and process improvements.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications in Supply Chain Management / CIPS will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in SCM, procurement, logistics or warehouse operations within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
