Marketing Executive (Female) | Colombo 04
We are on the look-out for a competent Marketing Executive. We are a leading retail company that is based in Colombo 04.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies for New Product Launch
- Coordinate and support new product launches while analyzing market trends and customer preferences to guide product development.
- Product compliance with NMRA regulations and manage licensing documentation to secure product approvals.
- Collaborate with the sales and graphic teams to create engaging content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and generate reports for management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Assist in the organization of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Support the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide support for marketing activities across various channels, including social media, email, and offline marketing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and suggest innovative ideas to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Age below 35 Years
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum Five years and above experience in a similar role preferably in Cosmetics or Health & Beauty Industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
