Marketing Executive
Duties:
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements.
- Identify new opportunities to expand the client base.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
- Manage the company's social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok etc.) and provide the management with accurate analytics and suggest improvements. Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
- Run paid campaigns and track performance using analytics tools.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Age below 35
- Experience in sales or clients management (Construction industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Satisfactory understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
- Ability to create digital artwork to meet company marketing goals.
- Creative thinking, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of paid ads, content creation, and knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing.
