We are a leading education center in Gampaha and seeking for an exclusive personality who can lead our printing unit. Printing Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the printing unit whilst driving business growth and operational excellence.
Required Competencies
- Strong knowledge of printing materials, process and equipment's.
- Strong understanding of paper types, inks, coatings and finishing techniques.
- Hands on experience and knowledge on manual technologies related to printing.
- Strong PR skills to develop and maintain business relationships.
- Minimum 3 years experience in printing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills to close business deals effectively.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Preference given to candidates who are living closer proximity.
- Having academic and professional qualifications are definitely a plus point but not mandatory.
