Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Brand & Growth Manager to manage and grow our online presence, particularly across Instagram and TikTok. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is passionate about content, fashion, and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the brand's presence on Instagram and TikTok
- Plan and execute engaging content, including reels and short-form videos
- Coordinate and direct content shoots (locations, styling, concepts)
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators
- Run and optimise digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads)
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve content strategy
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms
- Passion for fashion and current trends
- Ability to generate creative ideas and execute them effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
