Key Responsibilities:
- Build the team, Motivate, retain and achieve the Branch Objectives.
- Overall responsibility of the Branch, inclusive of overlooking the performance in leasing, Loans,
- Fixed Deposits, Savings & General Administration.
- Responsible for maintaining accepted level of Credit and Recovery Management in the Branch.
- Assess Regional level market conditions and identify current & prospective sales & marketing opportunities.
- Overlook all marketing, sales promotions and operational activities of the Branch.
- Efficiently manage available resources to attain the profitability levels set for the period.
What We Value:
- Proven track record of 05 - 08 years in the Banking or Finance Sector as a Manager of a Branch with results driven and customer focus attitude.
- Degree and/or Professional Qualifications (full/part) in Sales & Marketing, Banking & Finance, and Credit Management would be an added advantage.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on approach and be committed to increase branch profitability by accomplishing sales targets (KPIs).
- Thorough understanding on rules and regulations governing the business operations in Banking & Finance Industry.
- The person we have in mind should be less than 40 years of age with excellent communication skill
